Week 5 Preview

Game of the Week: The Pessimists @ Charlie's Redrockets. Both of these teams enter this week with 2-2 records. The Pessimists have scored a total of 383 points as compared to 384 for Charlie's Redrockets. Charlie's Redrockets is riding a two game winning streak and looks to employ a three wide receiver set. Coach Matthew Campbell remains hopeful that Pierre Thomas will suit up against the ailing Arizona Cardinals defense on Sunday. The Pessimists are coming off an impressive victory and will look for continued production from Philip Rivers and a better output from Chris Johnson. This game could very well come down to special teams' play.

Game of the Week II: Young Gun Football @ 4th and Schlong. Young Gun Football enters this contest as the only undefeated team left in the BHFFC riding a four game winning streak. Despite falling on hard times over the past two weeks, 4th and Schlong enters the contest tied for first in the Thunder Division. Both teams are looking for consistent production from their running game, which should determine the outcome of this one.

Name Changes: The Thundering Turd have apparently changed their name to 4th and Schlong. Coach Daniel Campbell stated that "it was a very HARD decision to make."

In other league news, the division names have been changed from 'Division 1' and 'Division 2' to 'Thunder' and 'Lightning' Divisions.

Trade Rumors: While only one trade has been made to date, there are numerous reports from around the league that the trade market might be heating up. Word from 4th and Schlong camp is that Big Ben is on the market. There have also been unconfirmed reports that Safety Blitz is working on a deal that would include Adrian Peterson.
