Week 10 Preview

Game of the Week: Play Action Pass (-16) @ Tebow's Youth Group

Play Action Pass heads to the Boro this weekend to face Tebow's Youth Group in this week's only matchup between teams with winning records. PAP appears ready to deploy a twin tight end set in an effort to exploit their size advantage. Coach David Looper is hopeful for another big game from rookie receiver Julio Jones, who exploded during last week's return from injury. Tebow's Youth Group will look to maintain their hold on the top seed in the Thunder Division with a victory this week. Coach Daniel Campbell is hopeful that his unpredictable running attack will show up this week to keep pace with the high octane offense of PAP. Look for the difference in this one to come down to the running game.

Young Gun Football (+2) @ Riley's Vikings

Despite safety concerns, Young Gun Football will travel to the campus of TSU to face Riley's Vikings in their new home stadium. YGF, which will be coached this week by interim head coach Kevin Rose, enters the game on an uncharacteristic three game losing streak and an underdog to the bottom feeding Vikings. Coach Jason Young, who is reportedly out of town on his honeymoon, was unavailable for comment this week. Riley's Vikings is attempting to make a mid season push towards playoff contention and is riding a two game winning streak. Coach Adam Warren pulled off a trade for wide receiver Greg Jennings this week, who he believes will make a an immediate impact. Look for this game to be determined by which QB has a bigger game.

Toejam Football (Even) @ Campbell's Cougars

These two future brother in laws square off in a no disqualification match on the shores of the Duck River this weekend. Toejam Football enters Week 10 on a 3 game winning streak and is looking to keep pace in the Lightning Division. Coach Zach Maddux is hopeful that fill in RB Reggie Bush can continue to produce in the absence of Darren McFadden. Campbell's Cougars are riding a two game winning streak and seem to have hit their offensive stride in the process. Coach Matthew Campbell insists he is not distracted by wedding plans, telling reporters that "My fantasy always comes first." Look for this game to be determined by Tony Romo and Reggie Bush's ability to keep pace with their high scoring counterparts.

We Got Big TDs (+8) @ Illegal Alien Babies

These two in-laws will butt heads this weekend across the border with both teams looking to stop one game losing streaks. We Got Big TDs is looking for more conisistent play from the running back position and will look to exploit their size advantage with a twin tight end set. Coach Tara Campbell is a firm believer that bigger is better, as evidenced by her team logo. The Illegal Alien Babies, tied for 1st place in the Thunder Division, will look to get back in the win column behind Tom Brady and Darren Sproles. Coach Darrell Campbell, whose translator has been MIA this season, was not able to be deciphered during his press conference with the Mexican media. Look for this game to be determined by Matt Schaub's ability to keep pace with Tom Brady.

Carmichael's Crusaders (-22) @ Safety Blitz

Carmichael's Crusaders travels to Portland to battle Safety Blitz in what appears to be an obvious mismatch on paper. Carmichael's Crusaders potent offense became more dangerous this week with the addition of former Safety Blitz QB Eli Manning. Coach Ethan Hudson was quoted in the press conference as stating that "we're unstoppable now." Safety Blitz is looking to right the ship after suffering their second consecutive defeat last week. Coach Phillip Campbell insists his squad will not be intimidated and will rely on the boistrous Devil's Den crowd to give his team an advantage. Look for this matchup to be determined by the production of each team's wide receivers.

Maddawg's Tight End (+12) @ The Pessimists

Maddawg's Tight End travels to Newburn, TN to battle The Pessimists in a swing game for both teams. MTE enters Week 10 on a 2 game losing streak following back to back dismal offensive performances. Coach Miranda Maddux believes her team's troubles have been fixed, however, and will lean on LeSean McCoy to set the pace offensively. The Pessimists are in a three way tie for first place in the Thunder Division and need to win to keep pace. Coach BJ Hudson will deploy a three wide receiver set in an attempt to jump start his offense. Look for this game to be determined by the RB2 position.
