Week 6 Preview

Game of the Week: Young Gun Football @ One-Man Wolf Pack

This game is a battle for first place in the Lightning Division. Young Gun Football enters this week coming off their first loss of the year while the Wolf Pack also suffered a defeat last week. This game features four of the top running backs in the league with Bradshaw and Mendenhall squaring off against Jackson and Tomlinson. With all the other positions looking fairly even, look for Young Gun Football to attempt to pull off the victory by imposing their will at the wide receiver position.

Game of the Week II: Riley's Vikings @ The Hail Marys

These two teams are knocking heads for first place in the tightly contested Thunder Division. Riley's Vikings carry a one game lead over The Hail Marys and will look for Ronnie Brown to produce against a tough Packer defense. The Hail Marys are hoping that the right elbow of iron man Brett Favre will hold up and that Brandon Jackson will put up numbers similar to last week's performance. This game is about as even as it gets on paper and should come down to the final whistle.

Quote Translated from Illegal Aliens Press Conference: "Tonight, we eat tacos!"

League Fines: For the second time in as many weeks, the league office has sent out a manilla envelope to one of its teams. This week it was received by Safety Blitz, who will be fined $2 for failing to start a kicker in their defeat at the hands of The Illegal Alien Babies. When asked about the fine, Coach Phillip Campbell quipped, "Go to hell."
